A Partnership Built
on Excellence

Kingsbury Farms

Gerald and Mairead Mackle founders of Kingsbury Farms, are seasoned entrepreneurs with a deep love and understanding of farming. Gerald’s background in agricultural innovation and renewable energy stretches back to the 1990s, when he invested in a ranch in Kingsbury, Texas, driven by a belief in a more sustainable farming future. Mairead founded and led Tarasis Enterprises into national prominence, establishing award-winning ventures across health, social care, and community development. Their work is grounded in a shared belief: that business should serve both people and the planet. Véire, the wagyu brand of Kingsbury Farms, reflects that ethos.

We blend a deep-rooted love of farming with decades of business expertise, bringing agricultural knowledge and entrepreneurial to every cut we produce.
